What personal data we collect and why we collect it

For the purposes describe in this Policy, Label Erum collects the following personal information:

  • Contact information (such as name, address, phone number or e-mail address), when you are willing to provide them when you sign up for an online account or fill out the order form while making a purchase. Payment information: for instance debit and credit card details, bank account numbers or other payment details which you must provide to receive products or services that you have ordered from us.
  • Demographic information which includes your gender and birthdate.
  • Information you submit or post in a public space, or on our social media pages or websites example for a product review.
  • If you use our website, we may collect your information about the browser you’re using and your browsing behavior.

Your personal information is collected either directly from you ( for eg. if you create an account on our site or make a purchase or even fill out the contact form)
If you wish to not provide any personal information we will not be able to process your order and you will not be able to receive the product or service you order.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

  • Only Label Erum and authorized personnel with a need to know have access to the information, for purposes of internal audit, billing or administrative and to provide you with the same level of service.

  • With banks or other payment services companies with our agent “TAP”. 

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

However, to the extent that internet is not completely secure, we cannot gaurantee that any of your personal information stored or sent to us will be completely discrete and safe. We encourage you to use caution when using internet to access our website or social media.

What third parties we receive data from

We may link to third party sites or services we do not control and which are governed by their own privacy policy. This policy does not apply to those third party sites. We strongly advise you to check the privacy policies of all third party sites you visit to find out how they are treating your personal information.

Changes to the privacy policy

Our Policy might change from time to time to reflect changes in our processing of your personal information. We will notify you of any material changes as required by law. We will past an updated copy on the site.
